My husband adores Salmon. This recipe makes a flavorful salmon that holds up well on the grill. Very easy, and good for a busy midweek healthy meal. All you need is:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons lemon pepper
1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
1.) In a resealable plastic bag, add all the ingredients except the salmon. Mix together the marinade.
Add the salmon fillets. Close and seal the bag. Refrigerate for at least one hour and up to 4 hours.
2.) Preheat your grill for medium heat, and lightly oil the grate. Remove the salmon from the marinade, and shake off excess. Discard the remaining marinade.
3.) Grill the salmon until browned and the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 5 minutes on each side.
