I am not sure where the origin of this recipe is derived from. All that I can tell you is that it's a winner. What's not to love? Chicken sauteed in a Sherry Cream sauce with proscioutto and salami......like I said what's not to love! Not to mention it's super easy. I didn't have mushrooms on hand, so we did without this time. Will add them the next time. 3 tablespoons butter
