
1 1/2 lbs. rockfish fillets
Zest of one lemon
1/2 c. ground almonds
1/4 c. minced parsley

Juice of one lemon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

*Note, I like my fish well done. You could take 5 minutes off each of the 15 minutes of cook time. My fillets were very thick.
