1 either pork tenderloin or a turkey london broil (Yup it works and reduces the calories!)
1 bottle of your favorite Barbecue sauce
1/2 a bottle of brown beer (go ahead finish the bottle!)
1 medium sliced onion (this is optional)
1.) Take your roast and put it in the crock pot. Pour the barbecue over the roast. Pour the beer over the sauce.
2.) Cook for either 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
3.) After that cooking time, remove the roast from the crock pot. Using two forks shred the meat. Return it to the crock pot and let it go for another half hour. This allows the meat to absorb the sauce.
This can be served on hamburger buns, hard rolls, 100 calorie rolls. This time around, I decided to serve it on corn bread for a change of pace.

Really Easy Baked Beans. Open a can of Baked Beans and put in a casserole dish. Add a tablespoon each of brown mustard, ketchup, brown sugar. Add a teaspoon of garlic powder. Stir and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Just a few additions can make canned beans taste a lot different.
Happy Cooking and eating!
