The Secrets to Great Shish-ke-bobs

There are a few secrets to make your next Shish-ke-bobs go from good to great!  For these beef Shish-ke-bobs you will need:
1 pound of round beef cubes
1 bottle Terrayki Marinade
1 clove of minced garlic
1 pint of cherry tomatoes
2 green peppers
1/2 pound of mushrooms
bag of pearl onions


1.)  In a container place the beef cubes, 1/2 the bottle of marinade and the clove of minced garlic.  Cover and marinate for at least four hours



2.) Soak your wooden skewers in water for at least 15 minutes. 
3.)  Cut the pepper in quarters and remove seeds and stems.  Microwave for a few minutes to soften. 




4.)  To easily peel your onions, boil them for 5 minutes.  Drain.
Cut off the ends and then just squeeze the onions out of their shells.
5.)  Heat up either your indoor or outdoor grill.



5.)  All of the ingredients cook at different times, hence the reason why tomatoes or mushrooms fall off the skewers.  Instead of alternating veggies and meat, skewer all the meat together, skewer the onions together, skewer the mushrooms together and finally skewer the tomatoes together.  Pour some terrayki over the kebobs.   Put the meat on the grill first.  After a few minutes add the onions, mushrooms.  Finally add the peppers and onions.  Basting occasionally and grill until desired doneness.
